okply Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the okply website at okply.app, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and features made available through them.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the okply Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's okply wallet, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a User's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the okply Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the okply Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. okply reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not met.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okply complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okply, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the okply Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okply Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your okply account. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. okply is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okply login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify okply immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. okply will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

okply may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okply accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. okply does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). okply reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. okply aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. okply reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing funds.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the okply Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okply offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okply reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• okply reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to its stated terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okply Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

okply uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games and works with licensed game providers to ensure fair outcomes. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, okply reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. okply's decision in such matters is final.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okply Platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the okply Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your okply account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward okply staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okply Platform — including but not limited to the okply brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the okply Platform without prior written consent from okply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okply shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits okply's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The okply Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okply makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Responsible Gaming

okply is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your okply account access at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

11. Termination & Account Closure

okply reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player has self-excluded or requested account closure.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request closure of your okply account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact okply's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. okply will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments

okply reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the okply Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
